Our Minister Rev. Derek Rymarchuk is a duly ordained minister and is authorized
by the province of Ontario to officiate at your marriage celebration. He is able
to perform both religious and civil ceremonies. Rev. Rymarchuk is here to make
your wedding day a special and memorable occasion. Call today and he will gladly

Marriage Licence Facts
- Fee (cash only) $100.00
- Age At least 18 Years
- *16 & 17 year-olds may also be married, but they require parental consent.
You can obtain a Marriage Licence at the City Clerk’s Department at City Hall
here in Niagara Falls. If you’d like, we’ll even go with you and show you where
it is. Now how’s that for an added touch!?
- Both parties must sign the Application Form and produce identification, such
as a birth certificate, a valid driver’s licence, or a valid passport.
Validity
A marriage licence is valid anywhere in Ontario for a period of 3 months from
the date it is issued. Following your marriage, it is recognized world-wide.
